Hi,

Hope all of you are having a good vacation.

I thought we could make use of internet access at our homes and download the movies we don't have or can only access online. I'm sharing a document with some of the movies that I could remember. Could you also add the movies that I have forgotten?

I have also highlighted the movies that I have with me on my hard drive. If we could figure out what movies no one has, then we could probably split them up and download.

Presuming we'll be able to get a dvdrip of Mondays in the Sun from Jorge, we have 4 movies to download: Bol, Bhawandar, Khudaa ke Liye and Into the Abyss.

Will any of you be able to download these? I'll be able to download, so if we could possibly have 3 more people, we could each download one.

Hi,
On a different note, can we also ask Ma'am to allot us presentation dates beforehand so as to avoid any confusion later on? I already sent her a mail a week back, but she hasn't replied as yet. Maybe if more of us shoot mails to her, she will take notice.

Can we update this document so we have a final list of movies we did for the course? I wasn't there for a while so I'm not sure enough to delete the ones I think we didn't watch (bol, bhawandar etc.)

Hey,

We haven't discussed these movies in class, but she did ask us to watch them. She's mentioned them in class often and generally presumes we've watched them I think. I just added them to the list, but I'm not sure what the status for the exams is given we haven't had a proper discussion/presentation on these movies.

Maybe we can ask her to have a discussion about the exam pattern in tomorrow's class.
I am very unclear about exactly to study and watch for the exam, and how exactly to co relate them.

Since I missed a lot of classes, can someone please confirm if any of the other articles in the module were discussed? If not, this part constitutes only 7 of the 21 articles in the module. Given that we have no day before the exam, do you guys think we should request her to restrict the syllabus to these articles (and the movies we watched) in tomorrow's class?

That's even worse- because yesterday when I spoke to Ma'am after my presentation, she seemed to be under the impression that 3/4 of the module has been discussed and said that we have to study the whole thing.
