Here is a shortened selection criteria for the positions:

Bachelor's degree relevant to position

minimum 2 yrs exp

ability to write technical documentation

Software skills:

GIS (Google Maps, Leaflet, OpenLayers, GeoExt, Mapbox, etc)

HTML, CSS, Javascript

Networking, HTTP/TCP

Python, Java, Django, PostgreSQL
