HELP OUR COUNTRY 

A government agency is in need of developers who could do analytics/business intelligence, mapping, and visualization using free and/or open source tools including Google Analytics and Google Maps. Knowledge of semantic web tools and interoperability protocol development will be a definite plus. 

This government agency's mandate is to help fight poverty. You will help them create innovative technology solutions to improve the quality of anti-poverty programs and policies. Engagement will be on a part-time consultancy basis.
