Installation filenotify2

Hello,
I am trying to install filenotify2 to test on a windows 2003 R2
server
with service pack 1.
If I use fnadmin, there is no store prozess, there is no action. Is
there a registration necessary ?


After stopp/start of the filenotify2 service I get the error message
in the event monitor Ereignistyp: Fehler
