ICD10 tables and codes, which are used worldwide but not much yet in the US, have made it into Wikipedia in call out reference tables.

Interesting that it links to here:

UMLS has some apps that can be connected to by computers for use in
applications, not just browsers for manual use. I have never tried to use
them. I wonder if any of them are RDF stores. Also I wonder it the WHO
provides anything like that for ICD10.
