File Magic not showing up in recently used tasks in certain situation

I want to browse a specific directory with file magic. Therefore I
setup a task in tasker to start with a certain directory. Starting
File Magic this way causes it not to show up in the "recently used
apps" you get by pressing the home key. I think this is a "bug", well
at least an unwanted behavior.
Maybe this can be fixed in the next version ?
