[FC][Tumbleweed] repository malfunction

https://silk.apana.org.au/fc2development.php provides working repo config
files for Rocky, Debian and Leap, but not for Tumbleweed. I can't figure
out what it takes to modify the Leap or Rocky files to work in Tumbleweed.
Either repo type cannot be determined and cannot retrieve metatdata, or
repo is claimed to be unsigned:
