Simple fix for window refresh on win

hello 

windows build of fc works well when window is resized or moved into screen with different dpi. This is very comfortable thing to get windows at right size. 

But there are at least few events when window is not refreshed and that usually cause corrupted terminal. Example when some files are copied (and there is progress bar) then it will not update windows size, resulting in corrupted terminal. 

Still it's possible to just stop operation, then change window size a bit, restart that one 

I think there are much more places where it will not update content on windows size, basically bringing any dialog will stop resize event. 

Is this good place to report such bugs? 

BTW: there is some error on resize that cause extra line on right or bottom, that don't brake any other content but just looks bit ugly,
