As you know, I was a (somewhat) early adopter of Filamet but stepped back from the product when I began to feel that TVF was no longer making filament. To point, in July I ordered a spool of bronze Filamet but did not receive it (although it was paid for via PayPal). This was not inspiring. After posting a query on Facebook I received a very nice email saying that there was problems with the manufacturing process for the product. That's fine, but it's a shame I had to register a query to learn about this. Plus, your company was paid nearly $100 without shipping a product.
I'm aware that your company has new leadership, for which I am pleased. I respectfully ask that you (TVF) be more forthcoming about product availability so I can better manage expectations. Plus, your guidance on sintering is not very useful. Please address this issue as soon as possible. I really want to see you folks succeed!
