Polishing guidance

I recently purchased a Foredom lathe/buffer. It is the small one that takes 4 inch buffs and is variable speed up to 7000RPM. Can someone please provide guidance about optimum speeds for polishing objects printed in Filamet? I also have a Foredom rotary tool which works well, but again, the process is poorly defined. A comprehensive high definition video would be best, covering all steps, including how an object should look righ off the printer, the initial smoothing process, and final buffing and polishing. So far I’ve had some decent results but the process involves lots of trial and error. And takes a long time.

Maybe no one is using Filamet for small sculptures and the like, and if that’s the case, well, never mind.
