Yesterday I printed a large figure, which I designed, I have used a 3D Solex 5 mm ss ice, nozzle. I have a Ultimaker Extended 2+.
Ultimakeren printed perfectly for 15 hours, suddenly came no more filament out, there was more filament back into the roll, the figure weighs 132 grams. After I had stopped Ultimakeren, I started to investigate what had gone wrong and here I discovered that where filamenetet stopped was 3.36 mm, so the filament could not get through my olsen block.
I'd love to send the piece that is too thick, if you want to look at it.
I would therefore recommend anyone who wants to print with copper, just inspect the piece filament that your printer will need to make sure that it has the correct thickness.
I hope you can use the above to make your control of filametet better.
It is very frustrating for me that I have done everything right and it's the filament fails. It costs too much money and it is very difficult for me to get filamenet because I live in Denmark.
