Im facing an issue when trying to enable the AD plugin feature on OsTicket's Admin Panel. I've downloaded the correct file from the osticket website. Once the file was downloaded, I added the auth-ldap.phar file to the /include/plugins folder, just like OsTicket mentioned on their support page. After the file was added, I reset xampp services and logged into the Admin panel so I can enable the plugin, but when I try to add the plugin it doesn't appear OsTicket sees the file.
This is my first time setting this up, as well as setting up a database, so not sure on what else is missing. I've checked youtube videos and other guides, and all users had to do was add the auth-ldap.phar file to the /include/plugins folder. Are there other extensions or files I must edit in order for Osticket to see the phar files?

ntozier lol okay, so I initially had this installed on a Windows Server with desktop interface. I believe I went through all of the installation steps correctly, but for some reason the plugin would not appear on the Agent Panel. I installed the most recent version of osTicket 1.14.3. Anyways, I built a linux vm and installed everything on there, added the LDAP plugin in and voil, shows up and I was able to enable the plugin.
PHAR files may be in one of three formats: tar, and ZIP, which are compatible with their respective tooling, and a custom PHAR format. Regardless of the format used, all PHAR files use the .phar file extension. Tar and Zip format archives may be created and unpacked using standard tar and zip utilities, while the PHAR format requires custom PHP code using the PHAR extension for PHP, or the PEAR PHP_Archive package.
Created in 2004, PHAR files were influenced[1] by Java's JAR file format with the aim of speeding up deployment of applications via FTP.[1] Rather than using the ZIP file format the simpler tar format was used, and the first PHAR was created using the tar command line utility[1] as a proof of concept. On June 14, 2004[2] the initial PHP_Archive package was proposed to PEAR and on December 13, 2004 it was accepted unanimously.[3]
The manifest contains meta-data information about the archive, and its contents. The binary format is intended to be efficient to parse in both PHP and C. It consists of fixed length segments, in addition to pairs of length specifications followed by variable length segments.[8] Each file has its own manifest within a segment of the global manifest. The current format is version 1.1.1.
All three formats have support for compression, however only the PHAR format supports both per-file and whole archive compression. Zip and Tar formats only support per-file and whole file compression respectively.
Assuming the PHAR extension is enabled, all PHAR files may be executed simply by executing them with the PHP interpreter ("php file.phar"). If the PHAR extension is not enabled, only PHAR format can be executed.[9]
This installer script will simply check some php.ini settings, warn you if they are set incorrectly, and then download the latest composer.phar in the current directory. The 4 lines above will, in order:
By default the installer and composer self-update will download the latest stable version only. You may select a different download channel though.
If you would like to help test pre-release versions you can use the --preview flag on either the installer or self-update.
For snapshot builds, which are done from the latest Composer commit, you can use the --snapshot flag.
To programmatically install specific major versions you can use the --1 or --2 flag. To select the latest 2.2 LTS you can use --2.2.
when I try to include the Silex.phar file. When I look at phpinfo(), there isn't a section for Phar, even though everything I've seen claims that Phar support should be included by default in php 5.3.whatever, which is what i'm running under. Any Ideas?
You will generally not be able to enable/disable things in the PHP configuration on a shared host. There are a number of things that can often be tweaked with settings in .htaccess files depending on your host's setup, but enabling modules/libraries is not one of them.
Most hosts do not run entirely with the default PHP options for one reason or another, so even though it is included by default in the standard distribution you can not rely on finding in included on any given host.
You need to contact your host. They may be willing to enable the feature for you if it is something that might be useful to their customers more generally, or it may be something they already have enabled on some hosts (but have more rolled out to all yet) in which case they could move your account to a server that has it already.

This course will explore the human toxicology associated with both pharmaceutical and environmental exposures. General mechanisms of toxicity will be introduced in order to describe how different pharmaceuticals and environmental compounds can lead to adverse effects in humans. Current topics relating to toxicology in the media as well as designing a research proposal will addressed in module content as well as assessments
Students are tasked with analyzing the representation of a toxicant in popular media. Working individually, students will research and select a new article discussing a toxicant of their choosing. Students will submit a written report, providing a background on their toxicant and critiquing its representation in population media.

I have three custom .phar files in the project. One of them works as expected, with Intellisense finding the classes and auto-complete, etc. The other two do not work and behave as I posted above. I inspected the .phar files to see if there was some error causing the issue but I could not find it. Also, Intellisense did work for all three of my custom .phar at some point. I am not sure when it stopped working. The application runs fine and has no problem with the .phar files and classes at runtime.
