Fiji: Trainable segmentation

Hi Anne,

After seeing your lightning talk, one tool that came to mind is the Trainable Segmentation plugin. The idea would be you can teach it the classes you're interested in by hand on a single image, and apply that model to segment the rest of your images automatically.
