Feature requests: emf and dotted lines

Hi!

Two requests:

[1] emf export seems to have disappeared from 1.4.2. Please bring it back, powerpoint doesn't seem to like importing svgs or pdfs.


[2] A tick-box option to remove the dotted lines that appears when you select 'align taxon labels'

Dear Darren,

[1] Unfortunately, the EMF export library I used is no longer functional after some Java updates. I am unable to support platform-specific graphic formats. 

PDF and SVG are the de facto vector formats now and there are plenty of programs that will convert them to other graphic formats (including on-line 

converters).

[2] Will add to the wish list but generally I have expected users to fine-tune the appearance in a graphic software such as InkScape.
