Hi Andrew,
First of all, thank you for Figtree, it is an amazing tool. I'm am eager to know if there is a way to control the colours of the 'colour by' attribute with hexcode or similar, either within the tree or through the GUI? I am having trouble getting a binary trait colour coded with the colours I want.
