Hi there,

I am using the latest FigTree release and after tons of branch coloring and rerooting, made one mistake of highlighting a clade. I tried to unhighlight the clade and found there was no option to, and when I select the blank/white color in the highlighting palette, it is still visible. Why is there no option in the highlighting menu for "None" and no undo option anywhere? It means I now have to restart coloring and rooting and ordering this entire tree now, and there are many many trees. Or is there an option to undo that I simply can't find? Please let me know.

Kind Regards,
Kavi

There is a 'Clear Highlighting' option in the Trees menu but in the current version (1.4) this doesn't work unless you select all - I.e., clear everything. I am working on a fix for this bug and will release a new version shortly.
