EVENT and VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY (even if you can't come on Thursday,
you can still help publicize)
COME BY OUR TABLES IN FRONT OF THE FAC give a donation for Pakistan's
flood victims and get FREE:
- HENNA tattoos! Back by popular demand, henna artists will be
returning for a third time all day!
- Indian/Pakistani music, other types of music and performances will
also be going on
- Food (not sure of what variety, but it will be there)
- Spread the Love/Fight the Flood & Address an envelope!
Where: In Front of the FAC
When: This Thursday, Oct. 7, all day!
Please help bring attention to the situation in Pakistan by posting
this event from Fighting the Flood's group to your facebook, sharing
this e-mail, talking about it, or any other way you might be able to
help attract passersby. If you would like some flyers to take to a
class please e-mail fighting...@gmail.com, we can meet you and
give you some. These last two weesk of tabling are an important time
to start telling people about all the great events coming up for
awareness week (Oct. 18-22).

As many of you may know, Fighting the Flood's website has a PayPal option for donating, for this Thursday's table we would like to have PayPal available at the table for people to donate, as many do not carry cash but are interested donating and receiving henna tattoos. Please check the sign up sheet to see if there is a time you and your laptop can come and table. Kindly responsd to let me know if you are bringing your laptop.
