the Montreal Agreement on 28 May 1999, and Regulation (EC) 2027/97 in the version modified by Regulation (EC) 889/2002. During Spanish
domestic transportation, the liability of Vueling Airlines, S.A. [Vueling] is also subject to the limitations foreseen by the Ley de
Navegación Aérea [Air Traffic Act] of 21 July 1960 and its developmental regulations where applicable. In this respect, the maximum
liability limits applicable to Vueling will be the amounts in euros equivalent to: (i) 16,000 Special Drawing Rights [SDRs] in the
event of the passenger’s death or injury, (ii) 4,150 SDR in the event of the passenger’s delay, and (iii) 1,000 SDR in the event of

limit by making an excess value declaration – by check-in at the latest – and paying a supplementary rate. The previous liability
limitations are included under Vueling’s Conditions of Carriage governing the present contract, which can be consulted on the
company’s web page [www.vueling.com] as well as in its sales offices at airports.
