FLB not detecting Text Overlap Issues

Hi

I am using FLB to test a website which has a header in the background and a Log in button which overlaps with the header. FLB does not detect these overlap issues. Please see attached screenshot. 

It does detect quite a few issues on another site which I wouldn't have detected manually. However, on this particular site, there are many such layout bugs which are missed by FLB. I am wondering if there is a way to detect them using FLB?
