Attention Fighthouse Students and Visitors

All classes on Saturday, January 16, 2010 are CANCELLED and the
training floor will be closed to the public because of the Systema
seminar with Vladimir Vasiliev.

Make-up class for Muay Thai, MMA, and BJJ students will be held from
2:00-3:30PM on Sunday, January 17.
The make-up class will be No Gi Grappling.

Please sign up for the make-up class at the front desk. Space is
limited.
