5 days cooling period

Ladies pls be aware that there is 5 days cooling period even though the consultant did not mention it. I just went to request for refund, not full unfortunately but better than nothing. The consultant only told me you can cancel only if you have medical report.

Could you advise on what you did to get the refund? I was forced to pay for 10x byebyefat treatment for 4 areas, amounting to ~12k. I have signed up for it (2nd day now) but have not utilized it at all and have not passed the 5 days cooling period.
