Dear all, I have a different scenario here. On 23/06/2020, I signed a treatment package that cost me RM3240 at Mines branch. The reason I went to Dorra is to clear all my balance treatment that I have been signed during my university level (few years ago). But their Sales GM-Peggy Lee told me that currently they have a shooting program, where I can get RM3500 in cash if I join this program, and I’m entitled for this program. Few years ago, when I signed in Dorra as their member, my weight was around 64kg, so my record at Dorra at the very beginning was 64kg as well. On 23/06/2020, during my recently visit to Dorra, I have lower down my weight to 58kg. And the GM told me that I have lower down my weight for 6kg (64kg-58kg), this is a very good achievement, I will be entitled to join the shooting program and get RM3500 in cash soon if I signed their new Bye-Bye Fat treatment (RM3240) and lower down my weight abit more. And keep promising that I can get RM3500 in cash. I’m quite worry at that time, and even ask them to provide me a black and white to guarantee myself. But the GM said “Dorra is a big company, we have a lot of branches, don’t scared, we won’t cheat you.”, refuse to provide me anything. The GM told me that she will take my weight when I joined Dorra few years ago (64kg) as the weight of “before Dorra”, instead of my weight during this June (58kg). This shooting program need model with a huge before after difference in weight. The GM told me that “Dorra need this kind of achievement to use as marketing, and this kind of achievement not easy to find, to get a red people will cost them a lot as well, so they are willing to offer this shooting program to me. Until 11/09/2020, I received a video call from Dorra for an interview before shooting, saying that I’m entitled to join the shooting program. On the same day as well, the nightmare begin. They told me that I’m not entitled for the shooting program, as they can only take my weight record during Jun (58kg) as the weight of “before Dora”, not 64kg, they don’t want to cheat the public.
