Filling Complaint on ex government Father-in-law with Vigilance Team documents and process

Hi Team,

Kindly find the attached files which will be helpful in filing compliant against FIL with vigilance team on dowry related matter.

1) first file RTI and get info whether FIL had signed the no-dowry-government-employee-declaration GO.

2) then file complaint with vigilance team with the attached format.
