TheAR payment journal actually has an import functionality that allows you importing electronic payments. You can find this in the payment journal under functions-import payments. The problem with this import is that you need a file that contains your customer payments only. Another issue is how to settle the imported transactions. The AX2009 standard only offers an automatic historical settlement where the oldest open amount is settled first, etc. In AX2012 you can define some automatic settlement methods, which are however not ideal and so far I had no customer using them because they always want to have an individual invoice settlement. That is why we regularly use self-created or ISV bank reconciliation solutions.

Please have a look at the following site to see the AX2012 Features technet.microsoft.com/.../hh545528.aspx They might be useful for a discussion with your finance people and deciding how to overcome this issue (gap).

Related to the Ax2012 functionality, I see the concepts about importing bank statements for reconciliation, but is the functionality also just as easy for payment deposits with cash application rules?

Depending on how many bank statements and transactions that you have to process, an isv solution might be the mist efficient solution compared to building something yourself. This is probably something you can discuss with your finance team.

Unlike many services, DepositFiles also offers a Shared Uploader flash app, which is a snippet of code that you can add to your website or blog. Any file uploaded using this flash uploader will automatically pop in your DepositFiles account inside a special folder named Filebox. This is a good option for soliciting files from a trusted group of individuals like a class or a project group.

To get started you can either register manually with the service or use single-sign on logins from Facebook, Twitter and Google. Post registration you can use the web interface to either drag-and-drop files or use the file manager to upload files into your account. Unlike many of its peers that upload multiple files sequentially, DepositFiles uploads all at once, thus maximizing the available bandwidth.

One thing to note however, is that the service tends to equip its Gold users with more download abilities as compared to upload advantages. For instance, Gold users get download priority and can resume interrupted downloads, while their upload features are no different from the non-paying Free users.

That in itself might not be a deal breaker for us. However its lack of useful upload options, such as direct links, is. Coupled with its forced deletion policy, there are very little use cases we can find for DepositFiles .

Use this form to create and send the direct deposit file to your financial institution. You will select the Cash Account/Bank Number, the Settlement Date, the Path and File Name, and the Processing Groups.

Cash Account/Bank Name: Select the cash account from the drop-down list for the direct deposit file being created. Your organization's bank name displays to the right of this account. (The General Ledger cash account number, account name, bank name, and the bank account number display in the drop-down list.)

Enter Path and File Name: Enter the path and the name of the file that will be created for your direct deposit. (The extension of the file name must be .txt.) Use Browse to select the path or existing file.

Thanks for your message, and welcome to the community forum. Yes, 400 conference papers would be a lot to key into the web deposit form, as @BrunaErlandsson points out. Generating your own XML would be preferable.

You can find XML examples for conference papers here: examples/conf_single_4.4.2.xml master crossref / Schema GitLab (this example only includes one paper, but uses schema version 4.4.2) and here: Fast and accurate flow-insensitive points-to analysis (this example has more than one paper included in the example, but uses the 4.3.7 schema version).

Just recognized that your link on the metadata quality check page is not working in

" To use other versions of the schema simply replace the 4.3.3 accordingly. Schema details are available in Crossref Help."

Create NACHA files using your QuickBooks data which are ready to submit to your bank. NACHA files are specially formatted text files that contain direct deposit data. Many banks accept these files directly.

The Direct Deposit File Creator combines checks from QuickBooks with bank routing and account numbers entered on your employee and vendors records. Using this data it creates a NACHA file that contains your direct deposit orders.

A optional summary report can also be created with each NACHA file, which you can file or print. It indicates the number of orders and the total dollar amount of the orders included in the NACHA file.

Click above to download and then install the Direct Deposit File Creator to start your free 30 day trial. The Direct Deposit File Creator is fully functional during the trial period, so you can try before you buy!

1.84: Better messaging when adding/deleting keys. New button to paste key from the Windows clipboard. When entering key to unlock trial, refresh the main form to show that the tool is registered without the need to restart.

1.77: Improve messaging for cases where no transactions that can be processed into DD orders are found. Now give specific advise based on selected options for the types of checks and where to look for DD orders.

Deposit documents are those documents that are necessary for establishing, maintaining, and supporting a deposit account at a financial institution. Certain deposit documents are created, collected, or distributed during the upfront account creation process, while others require ongoing tracking and/or action.

Statements and notices: Banks and credit unions provide deposit account customers/members with electronic and/or paper statements on an ongoing basis. Notices inform account holders about certain actions that may be required, such as providing missing information.

It's the packer which is detected (JS/Packed.Agent.N suspicious application). The obfuscated script contains some very suspicious strings. We'll create a standard adware JS detection: JS/Adware.Agent.DW application.

The default file name is the check date and company name. Sage 100 Contractor strips out invalid characters (/ \:*?") in the file name. The file is saved to a direct deposit folder in the company folder.

The first step to depositing data is determining what data to deposit. Research projects often generate a lot of data throughout the life of the project. It is not always feasible to deposit all the data from the project. When selecting data to deposit in INDIGO, you should consider:

Description: Provide sufficient detail to enable others to easily understand whether the data is of interest. It is also good to include information about your use policies, data characteristics and preservation plan. Information to include here include:

A README file will be expected as part of any data or software file deposit to INDIGO. A README file will provide context to your dataset, independent of any explanation that may be found elsewhere, such as in a publication or other web-based resources. You may have a README file for each dataset, or one file that explains all datasets. A README file will contain informations such as data origin (how was the data collected), data type, instruments used to collect the data, data acquisition details, file type (csv, mat, xlsx, tiff, ect), data processing methods and software used, and data processing scripts or codes, data parameters (variable names, descriptions, units; use also may use a data dictionary to explain some of this information. See What is metadata? for more information (Oregon state).

Cornell University has developed a template for creating README files that you may use to prepare your deposit for INDIGO. Oregon State has also created a template for creating README files that you may use.

Include information on any data use policies associated with the dataset. This may be a requirement of the funder or there may be expectations for using the dataset (i.e. signing a data use agreement, receiving IRB approval)

If you are not supplying the data itself in INDIGO (either because its too big or their are privacy issues) it is a good idea to share a small sample of the data so users interested in the data have a sense of what is available prior to taking the steps to request the data. If there privacy issues related to your data, be sure to de-identify and fully anonymize the the sample data before sharing it.

INDIGO will accept any file format. To facilitate basic preservation services, compressed data is discouraged (.zip, .gz, tar.gz). File format recommendations for preservation can be found in the Library of Congress Recommended Formats Statement ( ).

If you are working with proprietary or less-sustainable formats, consider converting your data to an open, widely-used format when you save and share your data. Many software programs allow for converting datasets into open formats (e.g. save SPSS dataset as CSV). This will better ensure that your data is accessible and usable by yourself and others and into the future.

File names should have meaning. This means that the content of a file can be identified based on the name of the file, in addition to indicating how it might differ from other files in the data set. Your files names could be based on important elements of your project such as: specimen, dates and times, location, testing conditions or variables, file visioning numbers, or other relevant information. If you have multiple files, as part of your ReadMe file (described below), provide an explanation of your file naming convention and / or a description of the contents of each file.
