A couple of small fixes:

1. fig --list-remote should be much faster now (replaced N+1 list
commands with one ls -R)

2. Fixed a bug where the project's own _append_ lines cause a
corresponding _retrieve_ to crash because there's no published name

Please check out the --list-remote and let me know if you run into any
problems.
