The coordinates in the following API call are for a spot in northwest NH in house district “Grafton 10".  Alas, a number of the “district” attributes returned by this API call have the value “Grafton 17".  There is no such district.

My sense is that this problem affects many (most? all?) NH house districts.

New Hampshire has a unique feature called floterial districts.  Grafton 17 is a real floterial district.  Each floterial consists of a group of normal districts, and extra representatives are allocated to the floterial to equalize representation across communities.  See https://www.census.gov/rdo/pdf/NH_2012_Floterial_List.pdf for how to map between normal and floterial districts.
