Tried to donate - got error msg. Google + GIS + openstates

Wow!!!  Sure am glad I found out about openstates today.  After reading about it I tried to donate via generosity and got a nastygram telling me to select my country (I did) and state (I did).  Can I donate via paypal?  I am using current Firefox on a windows 10 PC.

I am a developer in the field of online maps.  More specifically, I work with the Google map API.  For example, the link below will open a Google + GIS map showing all the congressional districts.  Zoom in and the solid colors go away and the district lines are very easy to see.  A click will display attribute data from one of the federal GIS servers.  For more info, click “Map Tips” in the upper left corner.

My plan is to produce a similar map for each state.  I plan to use boundary data from the census ArcGIS server at:
https://tigerweb.geo.census.gov/arcgis/rest/services/Generalized_ACS2016/Legislative/MapServer
And I will download legislator data from openstates and display that data when someone clicks on a state district.

Getting the legislator data from openstates will allow me to display a normalized set of attribute data across all states.

Yeah, I was able to beat on the donate thing some more and get it to work.
