Massachusetts is missing latest and older versions of bill text

Hello,

It appears all MA bills are missing bill text (latest or other versions). For example: http://openstates.org/ma/bills/189th/S18/

Meanwhile the data is readily available from the source legislature: https://malegislature.gov/Bills/189/Senate/S18
