Quick question. I know Sunlight Congress API has a bulk file with all the pics.  By any chance does opensstates api?

Hi Danielle,

We currently don't make all of the photos available, but we do include photo_urls on legislators, so it should be possible to download them from the state yourself and store them for your purposes.

We'll consider making them available in the future.
