Welcome! How to install FieldSense

Hi and welcome, and thank you for helping test FieldSense!

FieldSense is a free sensor toolkit with four instruments:
• North – a compass that points to true north, corrected with GPS
• Level – spirit level and gyroscope
• Speed – GPS speedometer with max/average speed, distance and moving time
• Altitude – GPS and barometric altimeter

HOW TO INSTALL
1. You're already in the group, so that step is done 
2. Open this link and tap "Become a tester":
   https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.fieldsense
3. Install the app from Google Play:
   https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.fieldsense

If Play says the app isn't available, wait 10–15 minutes and try again. Make sure Play Store on your phone uses the same Google account you joined with.

PLEASE
• Stay in the test for at least 14 days. Google requires this before the app can be published.
• Open the app now and then and try all four tabs.
• Speed and Altitude work best outdoors with a clear view of the sky.
