Dear Filipe
I have tried to run the stand count script on my orthomosaic with considering the shape size 0.8% of plot area counted i.e. mini. size = 0.8.
But according to above case there two issues : 1. miss-count of plant 2. Extra count.

| 1 | 25 | 25 |
| 2 | 23 | 24 |
| 3 | 25 | 25 |
| 4 | 25 | 24 |
| 5 | 24 | 25 |
| 6 | 28 | 25 |
| Total | 150 | 148 |
How I can get actual stand count through it?
If anyone has suggestion regarding with above two issues kindly suggest me.
