Dear Filipe and group,

First of all, I wanted to congratulate you for the package and for all your work, it's amazing.

I wanted to ask you a question, I obtained the NDVI index with the QGIS program and I have the image with the index, but I would like to delimit the plots that correspond to each material. That is to say to obtain the field grid using FIELDimageR. Is it possible to load the image obtained with QGIS and work with FIELDimageR?

Thank you very much

 Best regards,

Matías

Hi Matias,

Thank you for asking us... Definitely, you can use images (jpeg, tif, png) obtained on QGIS on FIELDimageR.

For making the shape grid (e.g., squared, rectangle, etc.), please use this link https://github.com/OpenDroneMap/FIELDimageR#P5 otherwise you can draw individual shapes using this link https://github.com/OpenDroneMap/FIELDimageR#P15.

All the best,
Filipe
