Saving filedmask() results

 Thank you for your work and it has been quite a helpful tool.

But I have a question how can i save a high resolution tiff or the end result of fieldMask() i tried writeRaster() without success.

Which output are you trying to save? Is the image that you sent (removing process) or only the mask?

Hey Doc.

Actually, only the Last image of the 3 on the mosaic.

What would be a single code spitting the cropped geotiff without the ground (HUE) data.

Did you try the code available in this link https://github.com/OpenDroneMap/FIELDimageR#P17?

It's working well on my computer. Could you try it, please?

You should use:

 

writeRaster(EX1.RemSoil$newMosaic, filename="NewMosaic.tif", options="INTERLEAVE=BAND", overwrite=TRUE)
