Field is corrupt

Hey all, new to the group, new to Field.

I'm trying to get started up with Field, and downloaded Alpha12 link just above Install directions on the website.  I downloaded the dmg and dragged it into Applications as directed from the website.  After this, I double click Field in Applications and I receive this error message: “field” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

Am I doing something wrong here, or is it a problem with the download?

Can you:

a) determine if you have gatekeeper on — Field isn't (and won't) be signed.

b) try running it from the command line --- see: http://openendedgroup.com/field/BugReports.html and letting me (perhaps off list) see what it spits out.

c) ideally, built it from GitHub. That version is where the action is right now. --- https://github.com/OpenEndedGroup/Field
