THE SAD BUT TRUE STORY OF WOGER WISEMAN

surprising but since it's all pretty funny and really only confirms
what we've know or suspected about Woger, I thought I'd share it with you:
1). Woger has been in and out of mental institutions for sometime. Most
recently in 06/99. In April of 2002 he received community service (20
hours) had to go to group sessions when he was convicted of stalking a
local woman (non felony charges).
2). Woger lives in his mommie's old house she's dead but when she was
alive she once had him committed to a mental hospital.
3). Woger is a high school drop out who has never ever ever held
anything but part time jobs. He hasn't filed a tax return in over 4
years (thus Woger has no fucking job) Yes, West Virginia that means no
MASTER DEGREE and claims of a PLATINUM CARD are just so much horse shit.
4). Woger is morbidly obese, supposedly 297 lbs but he looks heavier.He
only stands 5 feet and 6 inches, he was born in 1955. He is one old fat
gross piece of shit.
5). Woger was never in the Air Force or he was given a dishonorable
discharge. He is not listed in the national vet data base.
6). Woger is a habitual liar. His IQ is well below average at 91.
7). Woger has been jailed numerous times for domestic abuse of both his
ex (Pam Wiseman) and his mother. He has two felony convictions for
felony domestic abuse. In 1995 Woger was given a suspended sentence of 3
years for domestic abuse. In 06/1999 Woger was court ordered to a mental
hospital (for beating on his poor sick and old mother).
8). In 2001 Woger's house was condemned (can you fucking imagine how bad
a shack has to be before West Vagina will condemn it?). Only by agreeing
to make certain (unspecified in court records) repairs was Woger able to
save his shack.

Yes, Wogie has also been visited by the Chief of Police on more than one
occasion. Chief Stenger is all too aware of Rogie and he keeps an eye on
him. The Chief once told a story of having Wogie in his office one afternoon
and Wogie had an attack of some kind. The Chief thought it was a cardiac
problem...the Chief called the medics and Wussman was taken to the hospital.
The Chief later said, "I thought we were gonna lose him." Again, Wussman
will say this is not so but who you gonna believe? The Chief of Police or a

And there is the story, as told by a neighbor, that Wogie was once contacted
by the Zoning Board to remove some of the wire antennas he had strung into

Makes you wonder why his wife took the kids and ran off. Right after the

The database for Vet's is not online, yet or if it is I haven't found
it. Down here the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) offer it at a couple of
the local chapters, as well as from a booth they have at the VA
Hospital. It is to help locate military "buddies". It is supposed to
contain everyone who was in the United States Armed forces
since W.W.I or at least anyone that was discharged honorably. If the
person they look up for you is in the VFW they can usually find your
buddies last know address or the address he gave on his discharge
papers. I believe the same list is available from the United States
government (without the VFW input) but no one can tell me how to locate
that either. I do suppose you could walk into a VFW post and ask them to
look Woger up, that is how I did it.

To update this for you, I recently talked to a VFW commander. He told me
that if you e-mail most commanders of a VFW post with an individual you
want information on and convince the commander that you aren't going to
use that information in a harmful way, he most likely will give you
information on your "buddy" (be sure and use the term "buddy" for
whatever reason that is the term those no-life fuckers like to use when
referring to one another, unless you are a WW1 vet). You can e-mail the

I haven't tried e-mailing them but I am sure they will confirm what the
local commander told me here. Roger L. Wiseman was either not in the
United States Air Force or he received a general or dishonorable
