Not sure about the specifics of your problem, but on the NT CD, under
drivers and then, I believe, there is a joystick folder, you should find
joystick drivers. See also

for info on NT games.

By the way, I have the AWE32 soundcard. Works fine. Why is everyone who
posts about the AWE32 installing the NT plug & play drivers (pnpisa)?
What is that supposed to do for you?

The PnP device driver installation wizard will resolve device and interrupt
conflicts. At least if you can get it to work. The problem that I and other
users have encountered is that the installation is not as intuitive as it
should be.

The current awent driver update is better, but it is not smooth. At least
it keeps you from deleting the wrong drivers now. (I ran the update exe
twice: once to remove the old drivers, rebooted, then again to get the
new drivers installed, rebooted, and all was well. I would have expected
the wizard to appear after returning from the first reboot.)
