Tmp_.exe <- Weird bug in Win NT and 98

It is acting like a virus to me!!! I can't get rid of it! I'm using WinNT
and Win98 on a small network at home!
The program is recreating itself in the \Windows\temp (Winnt\temp) directory
using the icon of the last program installed. In Windows 98 at login time, a
irritating dialog box appear which says Erreur E/S 32. And it seems to slow
down the others processes on my NT machine.
The strange thing is that the message is in french and i'm not using any
french except MS Office. And i don't think this is the bugged program. My
personnal explication of this is that the Tmp_.exe program want to access
some service on the machine but it won't get it so it doesn't stop calling
it. The error message in Win98 is invoque from some Office dll.
Is there a way some of you will know how to get rid of this ? IF somebody
knows then I PLEASE YOU to help me.
I am looking forward to use the NT performance monitor to find a lead to the
answer but i am not a system administrator so if there is somebody out there
who can help, i'd be pleased!!!

maybe you only fault producing the "erreur e/s 32" is using incompatible
dll's (in different languages). Please check in properties.

No, it's not incompatible DLLs. This is a huge virus written in
Delphi. It appears to be a "spy" application. It uses all sorts of
things: IRC, ICQ, Winsock, and interferes with NAV.,

Yep. Got your own AVP trail copy and detect it. This is Win32.Trojan.
