128-bit encryption to be shipped internationally under new U.S. government
regulations. Now, international customers will no longer have to buy add-ons
to get strong encryption - or suffer from the delays and restrictions

The U.S. Army Cadet Command has adopted a centralized Microsoft SQL Server
7.0 database to replace a collection of disparate databases on more than
