The most important are:

FTP over SSL: Always show certificate warning at connection time when a server
has an invalid or unverified certificate. Users can permanently accept a
certificate by clicking on the locker icon.

Compare by contents editor: When saving, the file is now copied to the TMP
file, and then the original is modified to preserve hard links etc.
