- much faster loading time
- previous fixed stack relocate in fast memory

- Sprite bugs during loading sequences fixed
- custom1=1 used to activated original cheat mode
=> return to skip level+ Unimpited lives&Time
custom1=2 to activate in game cheat key
'Del/Help' to enable/disable original cheat
- src code rewritten and included (before JST conversion)
- adapted for whdload+17 (config)
- new install script
