Это что такое они там чинили?

Кстати, попутно ещё наткнулся:

Что-то здесь не так. В 3.70 воспроизвести не удалось. А это пока единственный
релиз, умеющий UDF.

Не знаю, вроде каких-то принципиальных проблем с вистой в 3.70 я не замечал.
