U Thant and Hammarskjoeld

I am doing a scientific paper (under time pressure) on the subject:

"U Thant: le secrétaire général (the Secretary General); Hammarskjoeld: le
général secretaire (the General Secretary)"

I am looking for scientific literature on the similarities and mostly the
differences of the two men, their programs and achievements.

two UN chiefs in general)
