Can anyone explain me the difference between "AT ALL" and "WHATSOEVER"?
IS there any any difference?

"He was never here at all" makes sense, but "He was never here whatsoever"
does not. "We have no beer at all" and "We have no beer whatsoever" are the
same, however. I think that, when speaking of quantities, they are the same,
but otherwise not.
