SCAN, NORTON and F-PROT log their activity to a BBS.LOG in my IM directory,
so I can see what did or didn't happen. I've used the "out of the box"
settings since I started using Allfix, and let the virus scanner take care
of everything else. If a virus is found, the file is moved to a "bad"
directory and a log entry made.
Since my system runs unattended for weeks at a time, I need as simple a
setup as possible, fully automated, and this seems to be it for me.
Hope this helps.
Have a GREAT one!
