WebUtil/2 Problem

I think I found a problem in the OS/2 version of WebUtil 1.10.007. It appears
very similar to a problem listed as fixed in the UPDATE.LOG file that was
included with version 1.10.007:

Short description : Unable to upload files larger then +/- 12kb
Author's notes : This particular problem only occured in the
Windows version of WebUtil.
I had a user start reporting that mail archives that I was sending to him via
FTP we corrupt. He sent a couple of them back to me and sure enough the
archive had been corrupted.
I don't have all the details yet but here's some basic info:
Archive 1: 239121 bytes to send
114??? bytes sent
Archive 2: 128972 bytes to send
78??? bytes sent
I do have a regular log and a debug log showing these 2 transfers however they
both show that everything proceeded normally.
Has anyone else reported this problem?
