Can someone please post a complete scan of the July 1974 American Playboy
edition?

If you don't have a complete scan, please post at least the article and pics
on the music-hall ("Let my People Come"), on Carol Vitale (not only the
centerfold), on the naked scuba diving girl and on the man and woman playing
naked with a ball.
