discrimination. After you have read this new assualt on European dogs please

This is only a proposed law so the more objection that can be raised the
more chance we have of getting the proposed legislation changed now before
it becomes law.
You may wish to use the German protest letter and edit the contents i.e.
subsituting Portgual for Germany and "sirs" for Herr Schroeder.
