- Hypne = 'sleep', sleeping or any morphems attributed to
'hypnos=state of sleep' (Greek)
- thera/tharapeïn='healing/cure'/'surge-surgeon' (Greek) by wich NO
rehabilitation is guaranteed. That's why the neologism "Hypnoiatry"
doesn't exist or not yet : iatros= healer, art of healing.
General Hypnoplethorical Mistakes :
Like the moon, we always see the same side of hypnosis : workshops,
organisations, books, seicts, lord of the rings, Harry Potter, buddha,
Freud (the other guru), Jung (the poor casual) fairy-tales, dreamers,
hypnothisers, pendulums, cristal bowls or balls...
but the common man never had a clear view on the manner it works. (if
we assume it works)
At this state we can only guess it works, wish that it could function
and hope to find standard clues with standard casualties.
Hypnosis is a clue, case by case;
a tricky well-done job on receptive persons, hence its great success
in fiction movies, bookstores and on public fores.
In despite of the talented hypnoplethosaurus Rex,
hypnosis is scientifically a clueless activity :
there's no 'hack' to be set. (intellectual clue)
Hypnosis has never ever given the same results on the same person.
Not one hypnopractician (nice one) has challenged an identical effect
on different persons of RANDOM choice.
like a god needs practisans to exist; hypnosis needs adepts to poison
the common everyday 'facts' and 'observations' in the human brain and
its afferent systems (facts are measurable and 'observations'
replicable)
