??My name is Lijiaoyao,a chinese child ,9 years old,and I was born in Qin-
HuangDao,a beautiful seaside city,HeBei proince of
China.Unfortunately,becase of dermal purpura and nasal cavit bleeding again
and again 20 days,I was hospitalized on Feb.24 1999,and according my check
of blood,bonemarrow and other immunologic test,acute monocytic leukemia was
diagnosed (ANLL-M5).After two course of chemical therapy(drug including
homoharrintoninum,Ara-c,and etoposidum,was called HAE scheme) I acquired
complete remisson(CR).
??Then I was taken HAE scheme twice, DA(daumorubicinum,Ara-c),
MA(mitoxantrone,Ara-c), AA(aclacinomycinum,Ara-c) and middle-dose
Ara-c(MD-Arac) respectively one course.On Mov.22th 1999,my disease
relased,and monocytic blasts were 16% in my bonemarrow.I wastreated with DA
scheme one course my disease acquired second CR.After that I was treated
with MD-Ara-c,EAC(etoposidum,Ara-c,cytoxan) scheme respectively one course.
On Fev.22th 2000,monocytic blasts rose to 28% in my bonemarrow,and my
disease relapsed again,This time MEA, DA,
VIAMP(VCR.IDR,Ara-c,Mitoxantrone,prednisone) scheme was taken,and soup of
Chinese herbal was taken orally by 4-5months.My blast cell of bone marrow
was 24%-25%.Although every time the lowest count of my peripheral white
blood cells were 0.4×109/L-0.8×109/L,and accompanied with infection and
fever,I was not achieved CR.
??Now I have anemia and bleeding, so I am seeking an effective therapy and
