October Events for the Fiddler
It is already the middle of October and soon we will be heading full blast into the holidays. It was a fantastic summer at the Fiddler. The hops were healthy and happy this year and for the first time they were not attacked by aphids. We even were able to use the hops in some cask beers from our friends at
Naked City Brewing and Hales. The Hales dry hopped Super Goose was one of the best beers of the Fresh Hop season. There were some amazing beers this fresh hop season led by Fremont with there Field to Ferment series. It was an amazing few weeks of hopped up beers and we all loved it,

Well
Eric Miller is back in the house this Saturday the 22nd at 8pm. Eric is one of our favorite musicians and his blend of original music and classic favorites make him one of the best shows here at the Fid. So don't miss his show. Next week we invite you to our annual pumpkin carving at the Fid. It is our 11th annual sponsored by Hales and we have a very amusing competition for various kinds of scary pumpkins.
Don't miss the Annual Pumpkin Carving October 26th at 6pm with Hales.
Our Manny Night Football is back this fall. We have a couple of games a month that celebrate both the Seahawks and our friends at
Georgetown. They just won two gold medals at GABF. It is one of the most prestigious award ceremonies in the country. Their Bodhizafa won gold in a category with 300 entries. So join us for the games. This month there is a game on
Monday the 24th.
We have a lot to be thankful for as we head into November. We can be thankful that the presidential madness will be over. It has been a long ugly trip. Hopefully we will have a party that we can all be thankful for. Join us at the Fid as we hoist a pint to the wanted winner.
As always thanks for being here and may your fall be wonderful. We have a new menu coming out so we will have some fantastic food to go with the stellar beer lineup that Nina so artfully puts together.
From all of us at the Fid.
Cheers to you
